I had the same issue. I had to go in and adjust every income to show 0 for Wisconsin. I'm still showing $3,000 capital gains for Wisconsin which I can't figure out how to get rid of.
The first question after going into the income section asks if you need to make adjustments. Say yes. Then each income entry has a toggle to inlude or exclude from wisconsin income. I also had gambling winnings from Iowa and doing the iowa return was a snap and how it should be. Wisconsin return is not working like it should. Let's hope Turbotax can get this figured out soon!
