State tax filing
I truly appreciate your time and effort Marilyn. As you suggested I tried but couldn't save the return as an adobe file. However, I did get a response (I wish I knew by whom) which was timely and effective. The problem wasn't Windows 10 as I have used it for my taxes the past years. It turns out to be Microsoft Edge which I believe is Microsoft's latest default browser. The browser evidently has its own printing mechanism and so my computer kind of skipped over Adobe but at the same time Edge didn't offer alternative. After trying various things, I finally asked the community for help. One response I received was to highlight the tax files in the TurboTax folder and press the right button on the mouse. This provided me an option to use Adobe. Personally, I don't think I would have ever thought about pressing a key on the mouse on the tax files to get the option but that was it. Thank you again Marilyn.
