My laptop has Windows 10 and I had no problem opening my return to view as a PDF. Since Adobe Reader is already installed, try clicking on View or Save (not print) and see if the PDF window opens.
Then save the PDF to your computer, and print from it, rather than from TurboTax. You could also try switching to Chrome for this task.
