WA's B&O, Retail Sales Tax for Airbnb Long-Term Stay

We have a LLC company (owned by me and my friend together), we list a condo on Airbnb and accept long term stays only (more than 30 days), we also sign a lease agreement with the guests for every stay since we need to send lease agreement to the HOA. 

based on https://dor.wa.gov/forms-publications/publications-subject/tax-topics/rental-vs-license-use-real-est..., it seems we are not subject to business and occupation (B&O) tax or retail sales tax. Is that right?
