If you filed your Federal return using TurboTax, you can go back in to your account to add your California return and file it. It will look like you are filing your Federal return again (which you are), but it will not affect the Federal return you already filed. It is disregarded after it has been accepted once.
If you filed your Federal return using a different software or service, then you will not be able to file your California return using TurboTax.
