AL PY Alloc WS: Al FICA taxes attributable to Alabama should be entered since there is a FICA tax amount in the Total Column from the Federal return. If none of the FICA tax in Total Column is Attributable to Alabama, enter a zero

This means that you have FICA payments for another state other than Alabama and you did not enter Alabama specific FICA

Go back State on the left panel, click Edit, You'll see "You've Finished Your Alabama Return", click on  Go Over Alabama again.

Navigate through the prompts until you get to "Let's Check for any Alabama Deductions", click Done with Deductions
