State tax filing

The Colorado Paid Leave amount on your W-2 are premium payments paid in order to be covered by Family and Medical Leave Insurance. It is a typically a shared expense with your employer based on .9% of your wages. This deduction is established by Proposition 118 and you cannot opt out of the program.  For more information, click here

 

Covered Colorado workers may receive up to twelve weeks of leave per year to for the various reasons listed here. You can use the FAMLI Premiums & Benefits calculator to estimate your potential benefit payment.
