- I bought Turbo Tax Premium via Costo with the only availbale option of electronic download. I live in Arizona and I used it to file our join return from my desktop by just paying the 25/- filing fee. But we got the AZ state free.
- My son who also lives and works in Arizona also used another download of TTax Premium (for I am allowed 5) on to his own laptop and from his own laptop by just paying the 25/- filing fee. But he also got the AZ state free.
- Now when when Daughter who lives and works in Missouri tried to download Missouri state Intuit insisted on charging 45/- which I paid. And I understnad that she would pay 25/- when filing the return finally.
Please clarify the following.
- Shouldn't my daughter too get her state download free?
- And if that is true, is there a way to apply for refund?
