State tax filing

Hi @fanfare , with your help, the matter is now resolved. I will edit NJ 1040 manually and then mail the forms. If it's of interest to you, here is the calculation Turbotax did to come up at $6019 as taxable income. Where do you think they're making a mistake? I'm going to contribute $7000 for both me and my wife before filing the taxes for 2024 hence line 1b is 14,000 (so that's correct). Also the initial deposit of $6500 became $6714.  In which line, are they diverging from our calculations so that I only get taxed for $214. Thanks so much for all your help.
