Both Fidelity and Schwab report all agency bonds like they are CD's instead of Treasury Bonds. They have been doing this forever. I have called both Fidelity and Schwab to make the correction. They sure will not be doing it this year so I have always made the adjustment on my state return. Hopefully they will made the corrections by next year otherwise the only way is to manually adjust it via the state return.
