Yes, you would file a non-resident MO return, then take a credit on the GA return for taxes paid to MO.
The gain on the land would be reported on all the returns (Federal, Missouri and Georgia).
In TurboTax, do the Federal return first, then the non-resident (MO) return, and last the resident return (as this way the program knows how much tax you paid to MO).
