Typically, Code A-101 which is a form IT-225 adjustment which would be the NYC flexible benefits program (IRC 125) which usually appears on Box 14 input on your W2.
So do you have entries in Box 14 on your W-2? Has your employer told you what these entries are for? I ask because there are few standardized entries for box 14, so the employer can just make up anything - so need to ask your employer.
These benefits might be health insurance premiums, child and dependent care assistance, gym memberships, and cash (that's an IRS requirement) - ask your HR people.
