@Hal_Al Generally, Turbotax doesn't prepare Ohio city tax returns. It will for a few that participate in the "common system" and you have to trigger this specifically in the Ohio state interview. Or, you can get a form from your county clerk's office and do it manually, or take your tax papers to the county clerk and they will calculate your tax for you.
I believe that you pay either where you live, or where you work, but not both (if you live in one city with a tax and work in another city with a tax, you don't pay twice. But
