State tax filing
Please see THIS FAQ from Oregon's Revenue Department explaining that the credit is claimed on the tax return only for odd years. There is no 2024 kicker for Oregon, per the department's website. Note the statement in bold at the top (which appears to have been recently added, due to some confusion)
This can be a bit confusing because the odd year reference refers to the tax year, not the year in which the return is filed. In 2024, residents applied for and received the kicker for the 2023 tax year. Refrences on the Oregon revenue site to claiming the "2024" credit refer to claiming the 2023 tax year credits on return that were filed in 2024.
