Option C -My 2023 return was for less than 12 months.
Option D -I did not file a New York return in 2023.
Option E -I do not have last year's New York return.
As previously stated , i am a part time resident who moved here just last year . Meaning for the 2023 tax return i was not a resident of this state . My confusion lies with how i am to answer the prompt above. I hope this clearers up any confusion.
