You poor thing, I'm dealing with this also, now 2 years later. TurboTax doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong with their MI handling of this. I'm also going have the $3000 limitation for MI which I sure hope I will be able to use next year and not face any software issue. Did you ever get it all worked out?
