Moved to PA halfway through 2024 and work Remotely based in OH, Reciprocity Wages Question

Moved to PA in spring 2024 from Ohio, working remote in PA for a company based in Ohio. My employer has taxed me for Ohio state taxes for the entirety of 2024. I started my Ohio Part-Year Resident return and got to the Reciprocity Wages section. I entered the compensation (gross wage) earned from Ohio while living in PA for 2024 and moved on. Turbotax wants me to correct the IT 1040 form, line 14 which states "Employee compensation earned in Ohio by residents of neighboring states" which I'm figuring is the same thing as what I punched into the field on the 'Reciprocity Wages' page. It's wanting me to enter the field in as $0, which doesn't make sense because the page states "to qualify for this deduction, you must be a resident of Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia", which I have been a resident of PA for a majority of 2024. I have marked PA as my state of residence during the Federal return section. This is stopping me from E-filing, and is asking me to file via mail.

Am I doing something wrong? Should I actually mark it as $0, even though I have earned compensation in Ohio while living in PA, and have been taxed by my employer for State Income tax while not living in Ohio?

Thanks!
