I also didn't get K-1P the way I did last year. I tried to close it, Run as Administrator, Update it but couldn't do much to get K-1 P.
However, I observed that in one of the screen during "Tax Review", TurboTax says that For e-filing, we will send the information to the Illinois Department of Revenue electronically.
