In TurboTax, do not add the Colorado tax return for 2024. Make sure that all of the income is included on your Georgia return. If TurboTax gives you an error, delete the Box 15-16 entry. If you did not move to Colorado until 2025, you do not have to file a Colorado tax return for 2024.
