State Tax paid on non-deferred pension, but have moved to another state

I was taxed on the contributions made to my pension, even thought they were tax deferred at the federal level. When I filed my state taxes last year, my state provided an exclusion on my pension income, recognizing I had already paid state taxes on my contribution. I have now moved to Utah. Does Utah offer an exclusion or some type of credit for taxes paid to my former state to avoid double taxation on my pension?
