You may find that your employer is unwilling to withhold Ohio tax. But, at a minimum, they should stop withholding Pennsylvania tax. Fill out Form REV-419 Employee's Nonwithholding Application Certificate and give it to payroll/HR.
You may have to start making quarterly estimated tax payments to Ohio (or have your spouse increase his OH withholding).
