State tax filing
The income she earned in MN, while a WI resident is taxable by WI and she must file a WI part year resident return as well as a MN part year resident return.
I'm not specifically familiar with MN & WI forms and TT software, but you usually can file both returns using Married Filing Jointly status. The interview allows you to allocate your income so that it is not taxed by WI. Beware, it may appear that your income is being included. But, the tax calculation does not actually tax it.
