I can't recommend that you enter false information in TurboTax. The IRS may be preventing TurboTax from e-filing the return because of the address issue. If so, that may create problems when you file your tax return. The most likely consequence would be that the return was rejected. If it was accepted and processed you may get a correspondence from the IRS later on asking about it, to which you could explain what happened.
