Thanks for the response! I think you are onto something, but I don't understand why a tax refund is included as an estimated tax payment. Can you explain?
We received a 2023 state tax refund in Jan 2024, which is exactly the amount of increase for the Georgia Estimated Payments. On the Personal Income tab, I entered this refund under Other Common Income, "State and Local Tax Refunds on Form 1099-G". Why would this be added to our 2024 Estimated State tax payments?
