State tax filing

As a permanent resident of Oregon, ALL your income is taxable by Oregon, regardless of where you earn it.

 

If you are still working in Texas. ask your employer to withhold Oregon state income tax from your pay.  If they are unable to do that, then you must make quarterly estimated tax payments to Oregon.  See this 2023 Oregon tax reference (the 2024 edition has not yet been published):
