I spoke with a TT "professional" and they messed up my state returns. I live in NJ and work in PA. I owe NJ taxes and I get a refund from PA. They did it backwards

I now can't get ahold of any human being again to help fix this problem. I filed an Accuracy Guarantee claim. I need to talk to a person. I don't know what went wrong, so I can't fix it and there is no longer any in person help (not like they helped before)
