Schedule A Line b. -In California and I have large purchases with 2 different rates. 8.75 at home and 7.75 outside of my area. Error on review of incorrect lived in date?

Line 1-b I entered 2 different entries with CA as state but with 2 different tax rates. Is this correct? I keep getting an error on the start date of the first tax rate entry.
