First, revisit your non-Illinois state return "Income Allocations" screen, and round down by $1 for the "Income From [other state] Sources" and continue through state return.
Next, revisit your Illinois state return "Wage income from outside Illinois" screen, and round down by $1 for the "Other State Amount" and continue through state return.
This should clear the unable to e-file error. However, if this doesn't work, then feel free to either print and mail your state returns, or call support for more assistance.
