Remote Work for company

I live in Virginia, but a company I plan to work fully remotely for cannot withhold taxes in this state. However, they can in DC. Is it possible for me to have my income withheld for Washington, DC and file a non-resident return there to get the money back and then also file simultaneously in VA to pay VA given the reciprocity? Ideally I'd like to work out of VA. If that is not an option, can I physically or virtually work out of DC and achieve the same results?
