E-file status update not working TT 2023 Home & Biz

I e-filed my Federal and State returns several days ago and I received an email message from TurboTax indicating that my returns were rejected. The efile status in the software is not updating and it does not provide an option to resubmit the returns. The efile status in the Turbo Tax program is "pending" eventhough the returns have been rejected.  The prgoram had the same problem last year and requires an update from Turbo Tax. I can see several reports of this issue so I am wondering why it hasn't been resolved. And what I can do to resubmit my efile.
