For two years in a row I have filed my AZ tax form online in Jan after it passed all the tests. Then in Aug I got a notice from ADOR that I owed a penalty! In researching this I discovered what seems to be an error in the way Turbo filled in the form.
Line 17 on page 2 says: "Enter the combined amounts of line 23 from all preceding columns".
Line 23 for the first 3 periods on my form has amts: x, 0, 0.
But line 17 has x, 2x, 3x.
It looks like Turbo isn't correctly entering values into line 17.
