I am a Illinois resident. I have gambling winnings from a Indiana casino for 2023 tax year. I have to file a tax return with Indiana for the gambling winnings. I will also be filing a tax return with Illinois also. My question is am I allowed to claim the credit on the Schedule CR for taxes paid to another state ? Did Illinois change the their law on this, I'm confessed.
