This information is very useful. I have some questions if the scenario would involve an LLC.
I am looking to structure the LLC for the mobile app under a parent LLC. The parent LLC would be in WY. I live in another state.
1. Where would it make more sense to form the LLC for the app?
2. Where and how should I report my income?
