We live in SC. My husband has a contract with a PR firm based out of Raleigh NC. He works from home several days a week and goes to the work site in Asheville NC a couple of times a week. The PR firm provides him with a 1099-NEC. It shows compensation in Box 1 only. All other boxes are empty. Do we need to file taxes in both SC and NC?
