The TurboTax version of the 2023 Louisiana R-210R is wrong. It asks for the number entered on the 2022 IT-540 line 11. Line 11 is for nonrefundable priority credits.
Shouldn't TurboTax instead be asking for the amount of line 10, which is for Louisiana income tax due in 2022?
