It is not carrying over. I am wondering if it is not carrying over because I am a non-resident. A non-resident does not need to pay tax on interest. I know it needs to be shown, but it is not doing Schedule A. I input the INT in income and wages under Federal and can see it there.
Can I put it in the section where it asks about Non-taxable income? There is a line that says it. And when I click to learn more, it says interest. Or does it need to be scheduled A?
