State tax filing
As PA is your resident state, they should be taxing all your income, regardless of where earned.
You should complete the GA and MA non-resident returns first. If you have a tax liability for either or both of these states, then use the section in the PA interview for "taxes paid to another state" to receive a credit for any tax liability showing on teh GA and MA returns.
You should not exclude any income from your PA income tax return.
