State tax filing
According to the Ohio Department of Taxation, you use the physical address of your Ohio residence to determine your appropriate school district tax code, not the address of your employment. Thus, if you live at location A and work at location B, you pay Ohio school district taxes based on the street address of location A.
The following Ohio Dept. of Taxation document helps make that clear (sort of). Please refer to items # 2, 4, and 17 within.

To find your exact Ohio code, please know your 9-digit postal ZIP code and then visit this Ohio website:
https://thefinder.tax.ohio.gov/streamlinesalestaxweb/ZipLookup/LookupByZip.aspx?taxType=SchoolDist
That should tell you the exact code to use for TurboTax (and your Ohio state tax return).
Thanks for asking this important question, and good luck to you!
