I am a CA resident and moved to MO to work in a resident physician training program 09/2016. I only worked in MO in 2016. Do I need to wait for this percentage nonresident form?

May I please get help with the HSA section too? My coworkers with the same job and pay and the same health insurance plans through my hospital were able to file with Turbotax already. Why do I have to wait for more HSA forms?
