It's not clear cut. Do you still have a home in MI? If you moved from your parent's home, then it's more iffy. Normally, being in another state for schooling is only considered a temporary absence from your primary residence state.
But, you don't need to move to simply apply to schools. So, from the little info you supplied, you are probably a part year Ohio resident.
