State tax filing
Based on the information from the Ohio Department of Taxation, you would be considered a part-year resident because you were a n Ohio resident for a part of the year and a non-resident for a part of the year.
Ohio defines a resident for income tax purposes, is someone who's domiciled in Ohio, which you are. They define a non-resident as someone who was a resident of another state for the entire year. You don't fit in either of those categories.
Review the Ohio Department of Taxation website for Ohio Residency for more information.
