If you never physically worked in MO in 2023, and you will never physically work in MO in 2024, then you may want to submit a new MO-W4 form to your MO employer, checking the first box in Item 4:

This will tell your employer not to withhold MO taxes from your pay. Do this only if you're sure you will do no work in MO this year.
And if you're only going to work in a Kansas location, you should ask them to withhold KS taxes for you. If they do not do so, you should make quarterly estimated tax payments to KS. You can make those payments online here:
