"I live and work in Kansas and I remotely work in Missouri"
Just to clarify: MO taxes nonresidents only on income from work physically performed within Missouri. If you work remotely from a location in Kansas for a Missouri employer, then your income from that work is taxed only by Kansas, not by Missouri. See Nonresidents of Missouri at the top of page 3 of the instructions for Missouri Form MO-NRI:
