How do I avoid Turbo Tax from taxing my Segal AmeriCorps Education Award for Oregon state tax? It is supposed to be exempt from Oregon state tax.

It is national taxed federally, but it seems as though they have taxed in for Oregon state tax, which is exempt. I want to make sure I am doing this right before I finish filing.
