When filling out your return, did you go thru the section under Colorado called Other Situations; Sales Tax Refund? You have to answer if you were incarcerated for more than 180 days in Colorado in 2023 and verify that you will be filing your Colorado return by the due dates. That's how we got the Tabor refund added to our return.
