Out of State Colorado Return
Hi there!
I am a full time California resident, I have two dependents and I own has two rental properties in Georgia and North Carolina. I am a management consultant and my income was reported on my W2. I received a W2 for the State of Colorado because $2,000 of my earnings where done on a Colorado project.
When I created a state tax return for the State of Colorado my Form 104 line 10 shows my Colorado Taxable Income as nearly my entire income. Form 104AD is basically blank and only my charitable donations populated. How do I fix this so only $2000 of my income is shown as Colorado income? It appears as though there's an error.
Thanks! Gufran and Nadia
