Hi there. This is almost exactly my situation - the durations are just flipped (first 4 months in DE, then moved with the final 8 months in my new home in PA), with the same job all year long in DE.
Trying to use TurboTax for this, and I'm at the state tax section now, it tells me:
"From the information you have entered into TurboTax, here is what we think your state situation looks like:
* Delaware: Part-Year Resident
* Pennsylvania: Part-Year Resident"
Does that sound right to you?
