Update: Spoke to Support yesterday. Per support, the TT Business state download may be available for download, however it may not work pending the State's release of additional forms. Even if the forms are related to the 1040 Turbotax product, this delay will impact the TT Business for the specific state. In my example, I can download the State of Pennsylvania Turbotax Business update, however it loops back to download again. When the update to Turbotax Deluxe (1040) update forms are ready, the BUSINESS turbotax will be updated.
Suggestion to Support: Put a "pop up" window indicating the delay. Presently, Turbotax business loops with no indication of a delay due to update forms etc. In Turbotax Deluxe, there is a pop up window describing the pending forms, and the date of the anticipated update.
