I live in a school district that has 1% income tax. I noted the district code, wages and amount withheld when entering my W-2 info. Turbo tax did not automatically create the Ohio SD100 and when I clicked on the form to generate, it shows the amount withheld to be a refund. It did not reflect the amount on lines 6 or 7 on form Ohio SD100. What do I need to do to correct this?
