The 1095-C is proof from your employer that you had health insurance. You do not need to wait for it or enter it into TurboTax. The same is true of the 1095-B, but if you or anyone in your tax family get a 1095-A (health insurance from the Marketplace under ACA), then you must enter that into TurboTax.
